About Us
Kraemer Kitchen Kabinets & Kustom Kasework is an artisan family business that makes custom cabinets and other specialty woodwork pieces. We make all of our cabinets with the highest quality materials. The interiors of our kitchen cabinets are made of 3/4" maple veneer plywood. Our face frames are made of the mortise and tennon joints, which are the strongest. We make cabinets and other items of almost any type of wood, and we stain or paint to any desired color. During installation we scribe and fit everything, and we do not use filler or strips.
We make kitchen cabinets for new homes, as well as remodeling and renovation jobs, where new items have to be made to match existing cabinets. Kraemer Kitchen Kabinets & Kustom Kasework has done work for new homes, old homes, log homes, commercial buildings, banks, churches, restaurants, and the golf resort designed by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation.
Kraemer Kitchen Kabinets & Kustom Kasework was established in 1970 and founded by Richard Kraemer, who worked for a cabinet maker for six years, four of which were served as an apprenticeship in cabinet making. Richard also worked for a large commercial contractor before founding Kraemer Kitchen Kabinets & Kustom Kasework. Now two of his sons, Alex and Marcus, work with him in all aspects of the business.
Richard Kramer has a reputation for doing high quality work, which is done to the customer’s specifications and expectations. As you can see from the pictures and information on our website, we have done a wide variety of custom work, including furniture and other specialty built items.
